En la cocina profesional es fundamental practicar la mise en place, que consiste en tener preparados de antemano los ingredientes y utensilios que se van a emplear en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los platos, as\u00ed con una buena organizaci\u00f3n obtener una mayor eficacia. Por ello, se est\u00e1 imponiendo cada vez m\u00e1s en nuestros hogares este sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">Una de las formas de ponerlo en pr\u00e1ctica es tener preparadas de antemano una serie de recetas base que permiten elaborar las platos que realizaremos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">Al tener que realizar las recetas base a prop\u00f3sito ser\u00eda muy interesante que las hici\u00e9ramos en gran cantidad , aunque siempre teniendo en cuenta la capacidad de almacenamiento que en los hogares existe para ello y guard\u00e1ndolas en las raciones que vayan a ser empleadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3946 aligncenter\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.estudiahosteleria.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/1.jpg\" width=\"221\" height=\"145\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">Cuando se dispon\u00eda de m\u00e1s tiempo, en los hogares se realizaban conservas de hortalizas de todo tipo que permit\u00edan disponer de productos en las temporadas que no se encontraban en el mercado, sin embargo, ahora tenemos la posibilidad de disponer de todo tipo de productos y adem\u00e1s se dispone del gran aliado en el hogar: \u201cel congelador\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">Podemos congelar todo tipo de elaboraciones en recipientes pensados para ello o bien improvisando. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, en los vasos de pl\u00e1stico peque\u00f1os que se emplean para beber caf\u00e9s o chupitos podemos guardar picadas o fumee de pescado o marisco. En las cubiteras y tambi\u00e9n en bolsas peque\u00f1as con cierre herm\u00e9tico podemos congelar estas mismas bases, sofritos, y diferentes tipos de salsas.
