slow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cada vez m\u00e1s, todos los pa\u00edses apuestan por tener un segmento de turismo que busque destinos tranquilos y sostenibles y que se interesa por las tradiciones locales y por los productos aut\u00f3ctonos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta corriente que podr\u00edamos traducir al castellano como \u201cCiudad Lenta\u201d naci\u00f3 hace ya alg\u00fan tiempo en Italia, y de ah\u00ed su nombre.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los requisitos necesarios para poder entrar a formar parte de este grupo de ciudades, podemos destacar que siempre deben de ser localidades de menos de 50.000 habitantes, y como os decimos, deben de\u00a0 hacer gala de su artesan\u00eda, su gastronom\u00eda, sus parajes naturales, su arquitectura\u2026en definitiva ciudades aut\u00e9nticas que presumen de su historia y sus ra\u00edces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiahosteleria.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/clip_image002.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\"
