Es una bacteria que produce desde gastroenteritis hasta la muerte y afecta cada a\u00f1o a 280.000 brit\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La bacteria se elimina cocinando adecuadamente el pollo, \u201chasta que la carne est\u00e9 blanca y el jugo claro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo ah\u00ed no est\u00e1 el problema. El estudio ha determinado que una cantidad muy importante de personas tienen la costumbre de lavar el pollo antes de cocinarlo, \u00a0y de esta forma las gotas salpican a la ropa, encimera, utensilios\u2026aunque nos lavemos las manos, \u00a0enseguida volvemos a estar en contacto con la bacteria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La conclusi\u00f3n es que se aconseja no lavar el pollo (por cierto, han puesto especial atenci\u00f3n en los cocineros de la tele) y cocinarlo directamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otros estudios en Argentina dirigen la atenci\u00f3n al proceso de manipulaci\u00f3n \u00a0desde el matadero hasta el domicilio, dicen que si es el adecuado el pollo no deber\u00eda estar contaminado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gemma
