A la par se aseguran que no se emplean verduras con semillas modificadas gen\u00e9ticamente, evitando alteraciones en el metabolismo humano.<\/p>\n<p>Con el consumo de productos ecol\u00f3gicos hay que ce\u00f1irse al uso de productos de temporada. En veranos los productos a consumir son calabac\u00edn, cebollas de verano, jud\u00edas verdes, patata, lechugas, tomates, rabanetas y pepino, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>El pepino es un fruto en baya que recibe su propio nombre. Las variedades se pueden clasificar en funci\u00f3n de su forma, tama\u00f1o y color. Nos podemos encontrar el pepino espa\u00f1ol que es corto o el pepinillo, el pepino tipo franc\u00e9s que es el medio largo y el pepino holand\u00e9s que es largo. .<\/p>\n<p>Los pepinos se conservan en la nevera de 5 a 7 d\u00edas, siendo conveniente envolverlos en film transparente si han sido cortados, ya que absorben los olores de la nevera. Los pepinos no se pueden congelar sin haber sido encurtidos previamente.<\/p>\n<p>Habitualmente se consumen en ensaladas de diferentes tipos con son la ensalada de pepino y tomate, pepino y at\u00fan, pepino con salsa de yogurt, lechuga y pepino, etc. Una ensalada diferente es la ensalada de pepino y pi\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes necesarios: 1 pepino, 200gr de lechuga iceberg, 200gr de acelga babi, 1 cebolla ,1huevo cocido, 2 rodajas de pi\u00f1a, sal, aceite y vinagre de manzana.<\/p>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n: Se corta el huevo a rodajas, y la lechuga, las acelgas y las cebollas tipo juliana. A continuaci\u00f3n, se corta el pepino en rodajas y la pi\u00f1a en rodajas.
