Los 5 platos t\u00edpicos de San Ferm\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a1Qu\u00e9 vivan las fiestas de San Ferm\u00edn!<\/strong> La fiesta espa\u00f1ola con m\u00e1s atractivo a nivel nacional e internacional ha llegado, despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o de larga espera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b; text-align: justify;\">En el sentido que nos toca, el gastron\u00f3mico, os presentamos los <strong>platos t\u00edpicos<\/strong> en estas fiestas que se degustan en las pe\u00f1as, cuadrillas, sociedades gastron\u00f3micas&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b; text-align: justify;\">Son recetas t\u00edpicas de la <strong>cocina Navarra<\/strong>. Os presentamos una selecci\u00f3n de dichos platos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\">\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">1. Estofado de Toro:<\/strong>\u00a0no pod\u00eda faltar un plato con el TORO como protagonista. Realizado\u00a0a base de su carne de toro, patatas y verduras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\">\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">2. Ajoarriero<\/strong>: es un plato a base de patatas, ajo, huevo y aceite, todo ello machacado en un mortero al que se a\u00f1ade \u00a0el ajoarriero de bacalao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\">\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">3. Huevos Fritos con Txistorra:<\/strong>\u00a0es unos de los platos con m\u00e1s \u00e9xito en San Ferm\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\">\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">4. Las pochas:<\/strong>\u00a0son un plato t\u00edpico de Navarra y tambi\u00e9n uno de los m\u00e1s completos. Lleva alubias, chistorra, longaniza, chorizo, tomate, pimientos y ajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\">\n<p style=\"color: #4b4b4b;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">5. Magras con tomate:<\/strong>\u00a0se prestan para comerlo a cualquier hora. Es el pincho ideal para comer en cualquier parte.
