Y es que en ESAH creemos, que para tratar bien un ingrediente en la cocina y en la sala, hay que conocerlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, lo combinamos con una visita a la Queser\u00eda\u00a0Urrizaga para conocer el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del queso D.O. Pudimos probar las trufas reci\u00e9n recogidas de una\u00a0manera simple pero exquisita: pan tostado con aceite de oliva virgen y trufa o un huevo trufado frito con l\u00e1minas de
