En realidad, si nos remontamos a los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiahosteleria.com\/blog\/cocina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recetarios de cocina<\/a> tradicional, en Espa\u00f1a ya se utilizaban en \u00e9poca andalus\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con gran cantidad de agua, muy poca grasa y muy ricas en calcio y f\u00f3sforo, poseen adem\u00e1s vitamina A, vitaminas del complejo B y \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay miles de formas de prepararlas.
